Porsche and Audi maintenance in Chisinau

We set the scope of maintenance by VIN, mileage and service history: oil to the manufacturer approval, filters and spark plugs, and a condition check of the car. The service interval is reset correctly with ODIS, VCDS or ISTA.

What work is available

  • Engine oil and oil filter
  • Air, cabin and fuel filters when due
  • Spark plugs (petrol) or glow plugs (diesel) when due
  • Fluid-level, leak and belt-condition checks
  • Brake fluid and coolant at the correct interval
  • DSG/S tronic and other transmission oils according to gearbox code
  • Service-interval reset and service-fault check
  • Diagnostics of all systems with VCDS/ODIS/ISTA after service

How the scope is determined

  • We start from the VIN, mileage, service history and operating conditions
  • Oil approvals and the list of consumables come from the manufacturer documentation for the specific car
  • There is no universal set of work for every model: not every service includes all of the work above
  • We tell you the scope and cost before work begins

How oils and consumables are chosen

PRINCIPLE
Oil is chosen by the manufacturer approval for the specific engine, not by model name. The oil brand may vary; the approval and quality do not. Below are the approvals we currently use; the exact viscosity and approval are set for your car.
5W-40
VW 502.00 / 505.00
5W-30 / 0W-30
VW 504.00 / 507.00 (LongLife)
0W-20
VW 508.00 / 509.00
DSG / automatics
Only VW-approved oils: G 052 182 (DQ200), G 052 529 (DQ250). Oil and filter are selected by the exact gearbox code, not model name alone
BMW LL-04
For BMW on LongLife service; approval depends on engine, model year and exhaust after-treatment

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my own parts and pay only for labour?

No. When both the parts and labour are supplied by us, we take full responsibility for the result and provide a warranty. With customer-supplied parts, responsibility cannot be separated: it may be unclear whether the part or the installation caused a problem. We therefore work only with parts supplied by us and remain responsible for the complete result.

Can I come without an appointment?

Almost always, no. We work by appointment so that we can plan technician time and respect our customers’ time. At busy periods the next appointment may be a week or more away. Please call in advance: +373 79 93-11-88.

What parts do you install: cheap, expensive or genuine?

We mainly use parts from manufacturers that also supply original equipment: suspension — Lemförder, Febi; brakes — TRW, ATE, Textar; bulbs — OSRAM, Philips. In some cases we deliberately avoid a problematic genuine part: EA288 glow plugs are BERU only, and the EA111 high-pressure fuel pump is Hitachi. We choose the solution that should not fail; avoiding a warranty return matters to us.
